Engagement Structure
Sonoma Stays offers flexible management structures tailored to each property and homeowner. Management rates typically range from 10–20 percent depending on the complexity of the home, the scope of services required, and the operational standards needed to maintain the property.
There are no long-term commitments. Homeowners only pay when their property is booked.
