Head of Operations

Brings extensive experience in hospitality and short-term rental operations, with a background spanning boutique vacation rental companies and national management organizations. Operations Lead

Oversee daily workflows, task execution, and operational consistency across managed homes. With Jomar bringing more than 10 years on the team and over 20 years of combined hospitality experience, they support thousands of guest stays and owner relationships through consistent, high-quality execution.

Revenue Management

With more than 10 years on the team, Jonathan takes a hands-on approach to revenue management, combining deep local market knowledge with advanced pricing tools to ensure each home is priced with care and intention, supporting both strong performance and a quality guest experience.

Supports day-to-day operations with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and clear owner communication. With more than three years on Airbnb’s guest experience team, Christine brings platform-level insight and service standards to property coordination, scheduling, and operational follow-through.
