The space is absolutely wonderful if traveling with 6 or less. We took a trip with 6 girls and having 3 bathrooms was so amazing. Beds were also very comfortable. Space is exactly as shown in pictures. More spacious than it looks in photos which is even better! We really enjoyed the hot tub as we were visiting during offseason so evenings were chilly. Great location in respect to downtown Napa and St. Helena area. Steve checked in with us several times and that was appreciated. Would recommend!!

This home was perfect for our 3 couples getaway. We had plenty of room to visit and enjoy the company but each couple had our own space to relax as well. Nice neighborhood, walkable to downtown Napa and central to our wandering throughout wine county. Steve checked in often to make sure all was well and was quick to reply to our questions along the way.

This is hands down one of the best properties I have stayed at. My family and I booked this place for our annual reunion and it did not disappoint. The host Steve is amazing, very kind and quick in responses about whatever we needed. The house is warm, cozy and modern. The BBQ grill, pool and hot tub were a plus. The area is quiet and safe. We are so grateful to have made such good memories at this amazing home. I highly recommend this property, 10/10 experience. We will definitely be back!

Great space! Lots of privacy between the bedrooms. Modern nice kitchen and nice pool and hot tub set up. Rules posted everywhere is a bit off-putting and made guests feel on edge. Additional cost of $75 a day to heat the pool. I’d definitely stay there again, just ensure your guests are reserved.

This modern home can comfortably accommodate up to seven (7) guests ~ perfect for three couples or families. It boasts 3 master suites, all with their own private full-bath and king-size beds. Moreover, it has an open kitchen with a dining and family room.

Guest access

  • Guest will have access to the entire home.
  • The driveway allows parking for up to two vehicles.
  • Street parking is available only after driveway parking is full. Our Permit requires Parking INSIDE the driveway for 2 vehicles.

Other things to note:

  • Permit Number: VR21-0004 (Non-Hosted Accommodation)
  • Maximum number of vehicles is 3 (the 3rd car on the street)
  • The fireplace is for decorative purposes only
  • Heating for the swimming pool is optional — $125 per night charge
  • The pool is clean but the cement is discolored. It’s not dirty it is discolored just as in the listing photos.
