• A backup generator is available at the property.
• The area in front of the house can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Note that guests are not allowed to park in the garage.

Other things to note:

• The home was built in 2019 with energy-efficient systems and designed for modern comfort. It offers central heating and air conditioning, a remote-controlled fireplace, a washer and dryer, and strong safety features, including smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors in every room.
• Note that the pool heater is solar and is heated during certain parts of the year, from April to October only. The temperature would depend on the weather conditions and sun exposure.
• Trash bins are located behind the stone wall to the left of the garage.
• Fire extinguishers are in the kitchen and laundry room, and a first-aid kit is in the hall bathroom.
